Great 4 bdrm Villa near all the parks. The parks including Disney, Universal, and Sea World are within about 35 minutes. It's a central location to everything in the Kissimmee area. There is tons to do and this is a very convenient location. Walmart and restaurants are about a 3 minute drive.

This is a comfortable villa with a rain forest out the back door. There's a private back yard with a swimming pool. The neighborhood is nice and well cared for too.

The whole house will be yours.

I have a property manager who lives near and is available by phone or text anytime. His name is David.

I recommend a rental car or Uber/Lyft for traveling. The rental cars are relatively inexpensive from the Orlando airport.

There is a daily fee for pool heat. Please let us or the on site property manager know if you would like pool heat turned on.

Small, well trained pets allowed with $100 non-refundable pet deposit. Please let us know if you want this option.
