The Magic Holiday was born from a simple idea: vacation rentals should feel personal, not transactional. While the big platforms have made it easy to find places to stay, they have also made the experience impersonal, expensive with fees, and disconnected from the communities that make each destination special.

We started with a single property in Park City, Utah — a ski condo that we managed ourselves with care and attention to every detail. As our passion for hospitality grew, so did our portfolio. We partnered with experienced local operators to bring the same standard of quality to new markets: the theme-park corridor of Kissimmee, Florida; the wide-open ranches of East Texas; the heritage hotels of the Kansas Flint Hills; and the budget-friendly e-hotels of Central Illinois.

Today, The Magic Holiday manages vacation rentals across five distinct markets — from private villas and ski condos to ranch bunkhouses and boutique hotel rooms. Each property is handpicked, each location tells its own story, and every guest gets the personal attention that the big platforms simply cannot provide.
